FreshPods: Home & Energy Expo and Open House

LUDLOW, VT -FreshPods is happy to announce our second open house at our FreshPods Echo Lake House in Plymouth. FreshPods is a modular building system designed around innovative, practical, and effective strategies in recycling and sustainability for creating highly functional and beautiful structures.

  The open house will be Saturday May 12 from 1 – 4 p.m. in conjunction with FreshPods presentation at the Okemo Valley Chamber of Commerce Home and Energy Expo (Jackson Gore Inn, 111 Jackson Gore Road, Ludlow, VT 05149). The FreshPods Echo Lake house (912 Rte 100, Plymouth) is a two bedroom two bath home built with many innovative “Green Building” technologies. The FreshPods Echo Lake home features a fully recycled steel frame, a variety of state of the art insulation products, and interior and exterior finishes that are recycled and/or sustainable. The house also features a state of the art high efficiency high velocity hvac system and state of the art eco-friendly septic system.

  FreshPods is introducing two Architects Signature Models. FreshPods has teamed up with two world renowned architecture firms to offer FreshPods homes and accessory structures with the added flare of established world class designers. Lot-Ek Architects and Maziar Behrooz Architects have been at the forefront of contemporary architecture utilizing recycled industrial structures for many years. The designers at Lot-Ek have pioneered the concept of upcycling. Not merely recycling resources but upgrading the function and the form of recycled assets. The combination of the work of these great designers and the functionality and value of FreshPods systems has created two ecologically responsible works of art one can inhabit.   FreshPods is also announcing plans for their next project in Vermont, a four bedroom house on South Hill Road in Ludlow. This FreshPods home, larger than the Echo Lake model, will have four bedrooms and four bathrooms well located in the village of Ludlow on a very dramatic property overlooking a woodland stream. FreshPods will be offering a pre-construction promotional discount price for the purchase of this property before work begins. Design customization will also be available. This project is shovel ready with permit in place.
